Getting started
How do I create my first sticker?
Three steps, no account needed:
1. Center the object — place one object clearly inside the camera frame.
2. Take or choose a photo — use the camera or pick a photo from your library.
3. Save your sticker — Memora removes the background and adds the sticker outline.
The app says "Couldn't find an object." What now?
Center the object in the frame, use a plain background and good lighting, then try again. You can also tap Use Photo Anyway to turn the whole photo into a sticker.
Credits & 3D models
What are credits?
Credits pay for 3D model generation: a Standard model costs 1 credit, an HD model costs 15 credits. You get 5 free credits when you first sign in. Making stickers never costs credits.
How do I get more credits?
Buy a one-time credit pack, or subscribe to Memora3D Plus: 30 credits per week (Weekly), 100 per month (Monthly), or 1200 per year (Yearly), granted at the start of each billing period. Subscriptions also raise your collection limit.
My 3D generation failed. Did I lose the credit?
No — failed generations are refunded automatically. If a refund doesn't show up, email us with the approximate time it happened.
Does making a sticker upload my photo?
No. Stickers are cut out entirely on your iPhone. Only when you tap Generate 3D Model and confirm is that sticker's image uploaded to create the model. Details in the privacy policy.
Purchases
How do I restore my purchases?
Open the Profile tab and tap Restore Purchases (it's also on the paywall). Make sure you're signed in to the same account your purchases were made on.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple: iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Memora 3D, or Profile → Manage Subscription inside the app. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends to avoid renewal.
Account & privacy
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Profile → Delete Account, then confirm. As the app explains: "Your account, remaining credits, and purchase history are deleted permanently. Stickers stay on this device." There is nothing else to do — deletion is immediate and complete on our side.
Where is my data stored?
Stickers, 3D models, and collections live on your device. Only your account record (email, display name, credits, purchases) lives on our backend. The full picture is in the privacy policy.
iMessage & widgets
How do I use my stickers in iMessage?
Open a sticker and tap Add to iMessage Stickers. It appears in the Memora 3D drawer in the Messages app, and in the system sticker keyboard — so it works in other chat apps too. Each sticker is opt-in; nothing is shared until you add it.
How do I add the widgets?
Touch and hold your Home Screen → tap Edit → Add Widget → search for Memora 3D. Choose Sticker of the Hour (a rotating sticker) or Collection (a scrapbook board of your choice).
